Given so much of my work is based upon what I’ve seen in my travels , I thought it would be fun to include some recommendations.

Castell Rose. A bed & breakfast in Prades, France located in southeast France. Excellent upscale accommodations and food. Charming hosts. A great base for exploring the eastern Pyrennees.

La Casella. An agriturismo -- a simple Italian resort of sorts that is part farm, part inn. Excellent food and a quiet rural setting with lots of donkeys, horses, cats & dogs. Perfect base for exploring Italy’s centrally located Umbria region.

Rustic Blue. A holiday house rental agency in southern Spain with charming, well priced rentals. We rented a house in Bubion & loved it.
